# 주문・현황 확인하기

선불형 매장의 포스에서 주문 기능을 사용하는 방법에 대해 알려드릴게요.

## 1. 주문 시작하기

1. 주문 메뉴를 클릭하면, 오른쪽 주문내역에 해당 메뉴들이 표시돼요.

2. 상단 '돋보기'를 눌러 메뉴 이름이나 초성으로 검색이 가능해요.

3. 주문한 메뉴에 옵션을 추가하고 싶다면, 옵션 버튼을 클릭하여 생성해둔 옵션을 적용할 수 있어요.

4. 필수옵션을 등록한 경우 옵션 팝업이 자동으로 뜨고, 반드시 옵션을 선택해야만 주문을 할 수 있어요.

5. 주문한 메뉴에 특이사항을 기재하고 싶다면, '메모'를 클릭하여 입력할 수 있어요.

6. '삭제' 클릭하면, 주문내역에 있는 메뉴를 삭제할 수 있어요.

7. 상단 '휴지통'을 누르면 주문한 내역을 모두 삭제 할 수 있어요.

8. 상단 '북마크'를 누르면 주문한 내역을 임시저장 할 수 있어요.

9. '북마크'를 다시 한번 누르면 이전 저장된 목록을 불러올 수 있어요.

10. 동일한 메뉴를 여러 개 주문하고 싶다면, **메뉴를 주문 개수 만큼 눌러주세요.** 또는, 오른쪽 주문내역에서 숫자를 입력할 수도 있어요.

ex. 콜드브루 라떼 4잔 주문 → 콜드브루 라떼 네 번 클릭

11. 해당 메뉴에 적용하고 싶은 옵션을 클릭할 경우, 전체 주문 수량 중 몇 개에 해당 옵션을 적용할 지 선택할 수 있어요.

12. 적용한 옵션을 다시 클릭하면, 해당 옵션의 적용이 취소돼요.

13. 모든 주문내역을 확인했다면, 하단의 '결제'를 눌러서 결제를 진행해주세요.

## 2. 주문 현황 확인하기

1. 알림톡 설정을 하고, 고객이 휴대폰번호를 입력했을 때, 주문현황에는 **\[호출]** 로 표시되고, \
   알림톡 설정을 했더라도 고객이 휴대폰번호를 입력하지 않았다면 **\[완료]**&#xB85C; 표시돼요.

2. 주문목록은 ‘과거순, 최신순’ 으로 정렬할 수 있어요.

3. '완료' 및 '호출'을 누르고 나면 하단 완료된 리스트로 이동되고, 접거나 펼쳐볼 수 있어요.

4. 상단 '전체'를 눌러 포스 주문건, 키오스크 주문건, 배달 주문건 중 보고 싶은 주문건을 활성화 해주세요.

5. 키오스크 고객 호출 방식을 ‘알림톡’으로 설정한 경우, 끌 수 없어요.

6. '호출' 누르면 고객에게 픽업 알림톡이 발송돼요.

7. 알림톡을 통해 모바일 영수증 확인도 가능해요.
8. 주문 메뉴를 보거나, 가려 볼 수 있어요.

9. 알림톡은 총 2번 보낼 수 있어요. (최초 1번, 추가로 1번)
